Vegetarian tofu stirfry๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿฅ—

Hey guys,

I know it’s been a while, please forgive me ๐Ÿ˜‰ below a recipe and method for vegetarian tofu stirfry.

I used cauldron vegetarian tofu , added

1tblsp of soy sauce

1tblsp of Worcestershire sauce

1/4 Quater tsp of black pepper

1/4 Quater tsp of tumeric

1/4 Quater tsp of smoked paprika

1 tblsp of garlic granules

1 tin coconut milk

Oaklands edam bean stirfry

Add all ingredients together in a pot (no stirfry veg yet and no lid) simmer for 25 mins until flavours become aromatic and mixture has reduced.

Once mixture has reduced then add vegetable stirfry and mix for approximately 5 mins until vegetables turn bright green, then plate and serve. Feeds around 2/3 people.

Gluten free vegan bean burger recipe ๐Ÿ˜‰

Today’s effort, gluten free vegan bean burgers with avacado smash and superfood sald. Perfect with pita bread or in a wrap๐Ÿ˜‰๐ŸŒฏ๐Ÿฅ™๐Ÿฅ‘


1 tin of mixed beans

1/2 red onion

3 cloves of garlic

3/4 cup of gluten free flour or oat flour

Drain beans and blend all ingredients together until it forms a paste, then add sea salt, ground black pepper, paprika and tumeric to taste. Then spoon the paste into a pre heated pan with coconut oil or olive oil or vegan butter turn regularly until golden brown. ๐Ÿ˜Š

Hey guys! For quite a while now I have been occasionally snacking on these sea salt bites, now I do not usually consume soy or yeast however if you are out and on the go and happen to be near a tesco superstore then I would recommend these they can last for a up to 2 or 3 even 4 days depending on your appetite, plus with plenty of water make you feel full with just a few, which will get you through the day until you get home to cook a meal ๐Ÿ˜‰

Take the time!

Hey guys, today it’s all about taking time out for yourself. There are so many small things you can so to give yourself more time, check out these 5 points below

1. Have a routine so all daily chores are completed by a certain time (if they cannot be done by the time allocated then leave it for the next day IF POSSIBLE)

2. When you feel yourself dropping off turn off the TV and just go to bed (dont stay up and ingore the signals your body is sending)

3. Drink at least 1 1/2 litres of water daily (2 litres would be best)

4. Eat dinner earlier around 6 or 7pm where possible.

5. Have a shower or bath before bed to bring on the relaxation unwind process.

Just making these small changes to your eveyday life allows you to take some probably much needed and much deserved time for yourself…tried and tested by me of course lol.

Give it a go for around 2 weeks and look out for the difference you feel within ๐Ÿ˜™๐Ÿ’‹๐Ÿ’š
